We do not have a time-to-construct restriction. Additionally, we encourage creativity and environmentally friendly solutions in the design of your house.
All lots are served by all-weather roads, community pathways, watermains, and electricity. Your lot is ready to be built. Join us in the first phase of our development. With construction costs in Nicaragua starting at $65 per square foot for top of the line construction, you can build a 1,200 square foot house for under $80,000.

Purchasing a lot at Finca Del Mar is a hassle free process. We have all legal covenants, deeds, and titles ready for your convenience. The Finca Del Mar property is title insured by The First American Corporation. Our staff has more than 40 years of experience in all levels of Nicaraguan development. When you become a member of the Finca Del Mar community you gain access to all of our local resources and expertise. We will connect you with local architects, engineers, insurance brokers, financiers and all the legal information you may need.
